Today, together with the launch of the new iPad device during the Apple special event, the new software development kit (SDK) was release to Vinta and other development program members. The new SDK is an extension of the iPhone SDK and is the newer 3.2 Beta version. Together with the SDK comes a few handy documents for development teams : iPad Simulator, iPad Programming Guide, iPad Human Interface Guidelines, and a document called Preparing Universal Application. The next few weeks will be exciting time for mobile application development companies like Vinta. It will be both technically active, in learning the new tools, and strategic, in mapping out approaches in effectively providing the services to clients catered to the new device. There are a lot of opportunities, specifically for publishing companies to make the most of this 'game changing' device. |
