Vinta Solutions Inc. releases iPhone application on Apple's ITunes AppStore for the "Council on Foreign Relations" (CFR).

CFR is "an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher dedicated to being a resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders, and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries."

The application brings to the iPhone mobile devise the latest news and analysis from the CFR website in the following categories:

A digest of global news and analysis compiled and distributed by CFR.org's editors each weekday morning.

Daily Opinion Roundup
A selection of op-eds and editorials from the United States and around the world, compiled every weekday morning.

The project involved coordination between CFR's Business Development Department in New York (NY, USA), CFR's design firm Objectiv Subject in Brooklyn (NY, USA), and Vinta's mobile application development team in Paranaque (Metro Manila, Philippines).
